Mobile Application Development

Enterprise mobile applications connected to your core systems

Mobile application development is the build of Android, iOS and cross-platform applications for employees, field teams and customers. The apps we build are designed to work with your existing systems, including when connectivity is unreliable.

Business problems

Business problems we solve

Field data is captured on paper

Visit reports, inspections and photos are collected manually and re-entered at the office.

Employees depend on HR

Leave requests, payslips and attendance go through admins or office computers.

Approvals stall when managers travel

Requests wait because approvals can only be done from a desktop.

What we build

Mobile engineering capabilities

Platforms are chosen by users, devices and feature requirements, not trends.

  • 01

    Android development

Native Android applications in Kotlin for use cases that need deep device access.

  • 02

    iOS development

Native iOS applications in Swift following Apple platform guidelines.

  • 03

    Flutter / cross-platform

One codebase for Android and iOS when release speed and consistency are the priority.

  • 04

    Enterprise mobile application

Internal applications with company login, role-based access and controlled distribution.

  • 05

    Employee Self-Service / Mobile HRIS

Attendance, leave requests, payslips and approvals directly from employees' phones.

  • 06

    Push notification

Notifications for approvals, status changes and reminders, connected to system workflows.

  • 07

    Offline sync

Data can be captured offline and synchronized automatically once the connection returns.

  • 08

    API integration

Connected to your ERP, HRIS or other backends through secure, documented APIs.

Example applications

Example applications

  • Employee Self-Service

Employees request leave, view payslips and clock in without contacting HR.

  • Field team apps

Inspections, visits and field reports with photos, location and offline mode.

  • Approvals on the go

Managers approve purchase or leave requests directly from their phones.

Architecture & approach

Architecture & approach

The mobile app is the interface layer; data and business rules stay in the core systems behind an API.

  1. 01

    Choose the platform

Native or Flutter is decided by users, devices and required features.

  2. 02

    Mobile UX design

Flows are kept short for one-handed use and field conditions.

  3. 03

    API & offline sync

APIs are prepared or connected, including a data queue while devices are offline.

  4. 04

    Device testing & distribution

Testing on several devices, then public or internal distribution.

Technology & integration

Technology & integration

The mobile technologies we use, connected to your backend and systems.

  • Flutter
  • Kotlin (Android)
  • Swift (iOS)
  • REST API
  • Push notifications
  • Laravel (PHP) backend

Deployment

Distribution models

Apps are distributed according to the audience and company policy.

Option Description Best for
Google Play & App Store The app is published in the official app stores.
  • Customer-facing apps
  • Users outside the organization
Internal distribution The app is only available to employees through restricted distribution.
  • HR & operations apps
  • Internal company data

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Native or Flutter: which is better?
Flutter is efficient for business apps that need to ship on Android and iOS at the same time. We recommend native (Kotlin/Swift) when the app depends heavily on device features or platform-specific performance.
Can the app be distributed to employees only?
Yes. Internal apps can be distributed privately according to company policy, without being published to the public.
Do we need a new backend?
Not always. If your system already has an API, the mobile app can connect to it directly. If not, we build the API layer required.
