AI Development & Integration

AI engineering & integration for enterprise processes

Enterprise AI integration is the work of connecting AI models to company data, applications and workflows so AI is actually used in operations. As an AI integrator, MBT builds the applications, data pipelines and access controls around existing AI models. We do not develop our own foundation models.

Business problems

Business problems we solve

Knowledge is buried in documents

SOPs, policies and manuals are hard to search, so the same questions keep reaching the same people.

Document input is still manual

Data from invoices, purchase orders and forms is retyped into systems and prone to errors.

Repetitive work takes up the day

Summarizing reports, classifying requests and drafting replies are done by hand every day.

What we build

AI capabilities we integrate

Four capability groups, each of which can start from a single use case.

  • 01

    Generative AI

    • RAG / Enterprise Knowledge Chatbot
    • AI Copilot
    • Summarization
    • Document Q&A
  • 02

    Intelligent Document Processing

    • OCR & Data Extraction
    • Document Classification
    • Structured Data Extraction
  • 03

    Speech & Audio

    • Speech-to-Text
    • Meeting Transcription
    • Automatic Summarization
  • 04

    AI Automation

    • AI Workflow Automation
    • Classification / Recommendation Engine
    • AI Agent / Agentic Workflow (where relevant)

Example applications

Enterprise use cases

  • Internal policy chatbot

Employees ask about SOPs, HR policies or IT procedures and get answers with document references.

  • Procurement document extraction

Invoice, purchase order or import document data is extracted automatically and validated before entering the ERP.

  • Automated meeting minutes

Meeting recordings are transcribed, summarized and action items are sent to the task system.

  • Service desk ticket classification

New tickets are categorized and routed to the right team based on the request content.

  • Copilot for operations teams

An assistant that drafts replies, reports or summaries from system data.

  • Recommendations

Product, vendor or next-action recommendations based on company historical data.

Architecture & approach

Our approach

AI is treated as a system component: its quality is measured, its access restricted and its cost monitored.

  1. 01

    Use case & data

Select a use case with clear value and check data availability and quality.

  2. 02

    Prototype

Build a proof of concept with real data to measure answer quality.

  3. 03

    Evaluation

Test accuracy, latency, cost and risk before wider rollout.

  4. 04

    Integration

Connect AI to existing applications, access rights and workflows.

  5. 05

    Monitoring

Track quality and cost, and improve the system regularly.

Technology & integration

Technology & integration

The components we use to build AI applications on top of available models.

  • Python
  • LLM API integration
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • OCR
  • Speech-to-text
  • REST API
  • Laravel (PHP)
  • Queues & background jobs

Deployment

Deployment models

The deployment choice depends on data sensitivity, required quality and cost.

Option Description Best for
Model via API (cloud) The application calls commercial AI models through an API, with control over the data sent.
  • Best model quality
  • Fast start with pay-per-use cost
Private / on-premise Open-source models run on internal servers so data never leaves the company network.
  • Strict data policies
  • Requires servers with GPUs
Hybrid Sensitive data is processed internally while general tasks use models via API.
  • Balances quality, cost and privacy

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is enterprise AI integration?
Enterprise AI integration connects AI models to company data, applications, access rights and workflows. As a result, AI answers from internal documents, extracts data into systems or automates work steps, rather than being a separate chatbot.
Does MBT build its own AI models?
No. We are an AI engineering & integration company: we select, configure and integrate available AI models, then build the applications, data pipelines and controls around them.
Can AI be integrated with legacy systems?
Yes. AI can connect to legacy systems through APIs, databases or file exchange. If the legacy system has no API, we build the integration layer required.
What about company data security?
The architecture is defined with your team: which data may be processed, where it is stored and who may access the answers. Document access rights still apply inside the AI application.
Can AI run on-premise?
Yes, with open-source models running on internal servers. This option requires servers with GPUs and is evaluated together with you, because quality and cost differ from models via API.
