Manage Customs Documents in One Application, Connected Directly to CEISA 4.0
Handling import and export documents often takes too much time.
Data is retyped from invoices and bills of lading, document status has to be checked on the portal again and again, and one small mistake can get a document rejected.
As a result, goods stay longer at the port and costs go up.
EXIM Host-to-Host makes the whole process simple. The application connects directly (host-to-host) to CEISA 4.0, so documents are submitted and responses are received automatically.
How it works:
1. Upload
Import data from Excel, or upload the BL/AWB, invoice, packing list, and Certificate of Origin. The application reads the documents and fills in the form for you.
2. Check
The system checks that the data is complete and correct before submission: required documents, CIF value, exchange rate, import duty and tax rates, as well as import permits and quotas (lartas).
3. Submit
Documents are sent straight to CEISA 4.0 from inside the application.
4. Track
Registration number, billing, SPPB (release order), and NPE (export approval) are updated automatically. Your team gets email notifications, and your internal systems (such as your ERP) can receive updates via webhook.
