CEISA 4.0 Host-to-Host Integration

As an importer, the company prepares customs documents on a regular basis. With the standard application module, several issues arose:

• No functions for document reporting and monitoring.
• Data entry was manual and time-consuming, especially when one document contained hundreds of line items.
• No integration with company systems that hold the source data for customs documents.
• Mandatory importer reports, such as monthly import reports and audit reports, had to be prepared manually.

MBT implemented CEISA 4.0 Host-to-Host with the following features:

• Token-based or local authentication
• Data summary dashboard
• Create BC 2.0 / BC 3.0 documents
• Import BC 2.0 / BC 3.0 documents from Excel
• Enter or update document data (header, entities, documents, carrier, packaging and more)
• Submit BC 2.0 / BC 3.0 documents to Indonesian Customs CEISA and to INSW
• Print PIB, billing, SPPB, NPE and other documents
• View document status and response details
• BC 2.0 / BC 3.0 reports
• SPI quota control
• User management, API logs, error logs and activity logs

The solution can also be integrated with the company ERP.

The application connects host-to-host with Indonesian Customs CEISA 4.0 and INSW using token authentication. Document data can be imported from Excel, and the solution can be integrated with the company ERP.

• BC 2.0 and BC 3.0 documents with many line items can be imported from Excel instead of being entered one by one.
• Document status and responses from Customs are monitored from one dashboard.
• SPI quota usage is controlled directly in the application.
