• Limited understanding of the technical specifications and areas that must be covered under DJBC regulations, and limited budget for compliant CCTV procurement and installation.
• Little integration between CCTV systems and reporting to customs authorities, especially for online monitoring such as Smart CCTV.
• IT infrastructure that is not ready, including recording storage and stable internet connectivity.

MBT provided a web-based Smart CCTV platform that is efficient, flexible and suited to online supervision:
